Precautions

   1. The grinding wheel of the brick cutting machine must be equipped with a protective cover. The use of silicon carbide grinding wheel for bricklaying must have a factory qualified certificate. During installation, check the grinding wheel for cracks or moisture and confirm that it is qualified before use.

   2. Do not force the adjustment pedal to cause the cutting brick wheel to be overloaded; when the pressure is high, the grinding wheel is easily broken. When the brick is cut, the pedal cannot be overstressed.

   3. When cutting bricks, the width of the cut portion shall not be less than 10mm. During the process of cutting bricks, the direction and position of the bricks shall not be changed to prevent the cracks from breaking the grinding wheel.

   4. Cut brick operators should wear protective goggles, masks and gloves.

   5. If the machine fails during the brick cutting process, the power should be cut off immediately, and it is strictly forbidden to repair the parts during mechanical operation.
